Housing Inspection Services
From individual assignments and overflow coverage to larger managed inspection programs, HSH provides field inspection, reinspection, quality-control and rehabilitation support throughout Georgia.
NSPIRE & HQS
Initial, annual, special and other required housing inspections using program-approved standards and workflows.
Reinspections
Follow-up inspections to verify repairs, document corrected deficiencies and support timely program closeout.
Quality Control Inspections
Independent field verification and structured review to support consistent inspection decisions and documentation.
CDBG & CHIP
Rehabilitation assessments, progress and draw inspections, final inspections and repair verification.
Special & Emergency Inspections
Responsive field support for complaints, urgent conditions, health and safety issues, and other program-directed needs.
Remote Video Inspections
Remote inspection capability can be incorporated where authorized by the housing program and applicable requirements.
Built to Reduce the Administrative Burden
HSH is structured around the full inspection process so agency teams can add capacity without having to manage every field assignment, communication, exception and follow-up themselves.
One Managed Workflow
Field inspections, scheduling, resident and owner communication, QA, reporting and follow-up can operate as connected parts of one managed process.
Flexible Capacity
Use HSH for overflow coverage, a defined territory, quality-control support, rehabilitation work, or a broader managed inspection program.
Your Systems, Your Requirements
HSH can configure workflows around client-approved technology, reporting requirements, communication protocols and operating procedures rather than requiring a proprietary platform.
What Happens Around the Inspection Matters
Successful inspection programs depend on much more than a qualified inspector arriving at the property. HSH can support scheduling, participant and owner communications, language access, exception handling, follow-up and operational reporting.
Resident & Owner Support
Inspection preparation, appointment questions, rescheduling, failed-inspection follow-up and status communication.
Call Center & Communications
Inbound and outbound calls, reminders, contact-attempt documentation, routing, rollover and overflow workflows.
Language Access
Interpretation resources and limited-English-proficiency escalation procedures can be incorporated around program requirements.
Scheduling & Dispatch
Assignment management, appointment confirmation, reminders, unsuccessful contact tracking and reinspection coordination.
After-Hours & Urgent Escalation
Weekend, after-hours and urgent-condition workflows can be configured around contract requirements.
Service Recovery
Missed appointments, incomplete documentation, complaints and inspection discrepancies remain visible until assigned resolution.
Support That Fits the Program
Agencies do not have to outsource an entire operation to work with HSH. Services can be structured around the exact capacity gap or operational problem the program needs to solve.
Overflow Inspection Capacity
Add field capacity during staffing shortages, backlog periods, seasonal demand or temporary volume spikes.
Regional Inspection Coverage
Outsource inspection delivery for a defined county, territory, portfolio or geographic service area.
Quality Assurance & Oversight
Supplement internal teams with independent QC inspections, reinspections and documentation review.
Managed Inspection Operations
Combine field delivery with scheduling, communications, QA, reporting, escalation and follow-up.
Housing Rehabilitation Field Services
Support CDBG, HOME, CHIP and other rehabilitation programs from property assessment through completion verification.

Training, Calibration & Review
Consistency matters when more than one inspector is working in the field. HSH trains inspectors on the standards, documentation and expectations of each housing program before assignments begin.
Our approach can include NSPIRE training and calibration, file review, quality-control inspections, corrective action and additional coaching where needed. Field questions can be escalated to program leadership rather than leaving inspectors to make difficult or unusual calls in isolation.
Technology-Enabled, Platform-Flexible Delivery
HSH uses configurable digital tools to connect scheduling, mobile field inspections, photographic documentation, quality review, communications, deficiency tracking, remote inspection workflows, reporting and data exchange.
Our goal is not to force a housing program into proprietary HSH software. We design workflows around the client's approved processes, systems and reporting requirements.
Current Technology Environment
HSH uses SnapInspect to support scheduling, inspector assignments, mobile field inspections, photographs, reporting and quality review. RingCentral supports business communications, call routing and program contact workflows.
Remote video inspection tools can be incorporated when authorized by the housing program. Larger program workflows can also support secure data exchange and housing-management environments such as Yardi Voyager and RentCafe based on client access and technical requirements.
