Services:
We provide residential and commercial property inspections, reports, and related communication. Service availability and pricing are subject to change.
Communication Consent:
We may respond to your inquiries by phone or email. SMS enrollment is separate and optional; providing contact information alone does not enroll you.
SMS Terms and Conditions
Effective October 1, 2026. These SMS terms apply to Home Sweet Home Inspections, LLC.
SMS consent and privacy. Phone numbers obtained through the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Types of messages. If you opt in, you may receive inspection scheduling messages, appointment reminders, and follow-ups. Example: “Home Sweet Home Inspections: This is a reminder of your scheduled inspection. Reply with any scheduling questions. Reply STOP to opt out.”
Message frequency and fees. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry or appointment. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
How to opt in. Select the separate SMS consent checkbox on our website form and submit the form with your phone number. The checkbox is optional and unchecked by default. You may leave it unchecked and still request or purchase services.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any SMS message at any time. You may also contact us at info@hsh-inspections.com or 404-474-3846 to request removal from the messaging list.
